You
can make a difference in the life of a child or a family in
Ethiopia, one of the neediest countries in the world. The
incidence of HIV/AIDS has left thousands of children as orphans
or with only one parent. Famine has ravished Ethiopia again
and again.
Heart
for Ethiopia is a a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit corporation
that is working to provide sponsorship for orphans and other
needy children and to identify and support development projects
to help people who are living at a basic subsistence level.
Initially all work is being done in cooperation with the Addis
Kidan Baptist Church which is an association of churches located
throughout Ethiopia. It is recognized by the Ethiopian government
as a proven development provider.
